He was left in a tight spot!

A fashion-loving attorney is suing Barney’s after he claims the swanky department store refused to refund him for $11,250 worth of skinny biker jeans and red velvet jackets he bought then returned.

Staten Island lawyer Fouad Elayyan claims he bought four pairs of pre-distressed jeans at up to $1,490 a pop and two plush $3,455 bomber jackets from the store in October.

But when he returned five of the six items a week later — well within Barney’s 30-day window — the store refused to pay him back for the designer duds, according to the suit filed Friday in Staten Island Supreme Court.

Now he’s suing the department store to the tune of $25,000 for breach of contract.

Most of the costly couture ordered by Elayyan was from French brand Balmain — a label once favored by the likes of Ava Gardenas and Brigette Bardot, and now featured in the “Kim Kardashian: Hollywood” video game.
