A Brooklyn man with a grave injury is seeking damages from the cemetery where he was hurt.
Michael Murno, 76, was visiting his mother’s grave at Holy Cross Cemetery last December when a headstone toppled over, pinning his legs to the ground.
He filed a lawsuit against the cemetery in Brooklyn Supreme Court, claiming the headstone was “improperly anchored.”
The cemetery could not be reached.
