A Manhattan man has filed a $1 million lawsuit against the Hair Club for Men for false advertising.
Frederick Byrd Jr. is also accusing the Florida outfit of misrepresentation, personal injury, fraud and “pecuniary losses,” according to Manhattan Supreme Court papers.
A lawyer for the Hair Club for Men did not respond to messages seeking comment.
