The man who allegedly beat up two Muslim teenagers in front of a Brooklyn mosque turned himself in to police Wednesday, authorities said.
Christopher Vallaro, 31, walked into the 72nd Precinct with his attorney at around 9 a.m., where detectives were questioning him and putting him through line-ups, police said.
Police said the boys, 17 and 16, tried to talk to the woman — opening her door and trying to stick their heads in her window — for around 30 minutes prior to the attack.
Vallaro then got out of the car and began beating to a pulp while calling them “f—ing terrorists”
“You Muslims are the cause of all the problems of the world,” he also was heard screaming.
A surveillance video showed a man punching, kicking and stomping the youth as he lay in the street. Another teenager on a bicycle was chased and attacked when he rode past the boy.
The 16-year-old suffered a concussion, cuts, bruises and a badly swollen eye, and was taken to a hospital. The second teenager had a black eye.
Although police are still questioning Vallaro, they have determined that the incident is not being investigated as a hate crime since the boy’s faith was not the motivating factor.
He has been charged with misdemeanor assault, cops said.
