A man survived a five-story plunge from an Upper West Side apartment building Monday night.

It was not clear if he jumped or fell accidentally from The Sexton on West End Avenue at 86th Street.

A witness said the victim “landed in the back of the building” at about 8 p.m.

Fire officials said he sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Roosevelt Hospital.
