A busy and discerning thief broke into six cell phone stores in Brooklyn and Manhattan, but only grabbed two of the more expensive models each time.

All told, the crook got away with $12,592 worth of phones since Feb. 17, police said.

Each store was in a different neighborhood.

Most of his loot were iPhones, but he also walked off with a few Samsungs.

The robberies took place at T Mobile, AT&T and Sprint stores.

The suspect is seen on surveillance video from one of the robberies wearing a black puffy coat and a baseball cap.
