A man told cops he was mugged inside an SUV in Midtown — by his drug dealer, police sources told The Post Tuesday.

The man, 43, told cops he entered the backseat of the vehicle in front of 416 W. 51st St. in Hell’s Kitchen around noon Monday, according to the NYPD. A man in the SUV then pulled a gun on him and demanded he hand over his wallet.

The robber let him out of the car, but took off with his iPhone, $2,700 cash, credit cards and driver’s license, cops said.

The victim wasn’t injured. He also wasn’t facing any charges.
