A man driving a minivan intentionally ran over his girlfriend twice on Thursday morning in Brooklyn — but his vehicle miraculously never came in contact with her body, police said.
The couple began squabbling around 3:30 a.m. inside a maroon minivan on Roebling Street near South 8th Street in Williamsburg, police said.
Moments later, the boyfriend shoved his 25-year-old significant other out of the van and drove over her twice — but his tires narrowly missed her each time.
The hothead then sped off, going east on Broadway, police said.
The woman was taken to Woodhull Hospital in stable condition, with pain and scratches to her arm, leg and back. People are still searching for her attacker.
The incident is under investigation.
