A rent-stabilized apartment wasn’t enough for a West Village man, who listed his pad on Airbnb and turned it into a “virtual hotel room,” a new lawsuit alleges.

Jason Corbin charged $200 a night for Apt. 1A at 146 W. 10th St., according to the Airbnb listing. His rent was $2,725 a month.

The building’s landlord learned of the listing Sept. 20, after another tenant complained, the Manhattan Supreme Court suit alleges.

Corbin’s attorney did not return messages seeking comment.
