A Harlem man went to Bellevue Hospital for cardiac care in 2014 — and emerged with blunt-force trauma to the head, face and torso, a new lawsuit claims.

Charles Atkinson, 61, is suing the city and the public hospital after a psych inmate severely beat him in his hospital bed, says the Manhattan Supreme Court suit filed Wednesday.

The city Law Department said it is reviewing the suit.
