Authorities nabbed a man wanted for fatally shooting a pregnant Brooklyn woman after tracking him to Philadelphia, The Post has learned.

Timothy Taylor was picked up by the US Marshals in the City of Brotherly Love after officials were able to get a ping on his phone there, sources said.

The 35-year-old from Brooklyn is believed to have killed his 37-year-old girlfriend Theresa Gregg, a mother of two who worked as a special officer for the city’s Department of Homeless Services, on May 13, according to police.

The 44-year-old woman, who was Taylor’s ex, was found dead early Sunday morning in the city’s Mt. Pleasant neighborhood, cops said.
