The man who allegedly twice sprayed a noxious substance at drivers of B15 buses in Brownsville, Brooklyn last week was arrested Friday, police said.

Andre Chandler, 46, of Brownsville, was charged with two counts of felony assault, because the victims suffered physical injury and were bus drivers.
Chandler was awaiting arraignment Sunday.

The spray attacks happened on Aug. 23, the first at 4 a.m. at Rockaway and Hegeman avenues, and the second just before 5 p.m. some six blocks north, at East 98 Street and Blake Avenue.
