The man who choked a Bronx woman until her 11-year-old son sprang to the rescue and stabbed him was found guilty in a mixed verdict Thursday.

Jurors found Brian Febus guilty in Bronx Supreme Court of assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and two counts of endangering a child — but he was cleared of burglary and attempted-murder charges.

Febus was sentenced to serve four concurrent one-year terms for the crimes, but his lawyer said he’d be released later Thursday because he’d already spent more than a year on Rikers Island awaiting trial for the April 2017 incident.

Febus attacked Denise Soto in her Bronx home, so her son Jeremy Rosario grabbed a kitchen blade to defend her, stabbing the thug.

“I poked him in the back because I thought my mom was going to die,” the now-12-year-old boy testified in court.

Jeremy then called 911.

“There is a robber in the house,” the young hero can be heard saying on a recording of the call played for jurors.

Febus was also found guilty on two child-endangerment charges, because Soto’s 2-year-old child was home at the time.

Burglary charges didn’t stick because “[Soto’s] story has a lot of holes,” a juror told The Post.
