A Manhattan man who fell off his motorized scooter in Midtown has died from his injuries, police confirmed Sunday.

Jeffery Davidson, 60, was driving his scooter near Park Avenue and East 58th Street at about 8:45 pm Friday when he fell off the bike and crashed into the pavement, officials said.

Witnesses told police they heard a crash and found Davidson lying in the street.

He was rushed to Weill Cornell Medical Center in critical condition, and later succumbed his injuries and was pronounced dead.

Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
