The man who filmed the fatal arrest of Eric Garner in Staten Island is in hot water again — this time busted with a firearm in Brooklyn, police said.
Ramsey Orta — a career criminal with more than 30 arrests under his belt — was pulled over around 2 a.m. in Williamsburg for overly tinted windows, according to police.
Cops allegedly found a 9mm handgun on him during the stop at South 2nd and Roebling streets.
“They saw drugs, took him out of the car and found a gun,” a police source said.
He was taken into custody with charges pending, cops said.
Orta was released from prison in May after serving most of a four-year sentence on gun and drug charges.
Orta pleaded guilty to charges of selling heroin in January 2015 and concealing a pistol in a woman’s pants in 2014.
In 2016, he filed suit against the city, claiming he was arrested as payback for exposing fired NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo’s run-in with Garner.
The video Orta shot of Garner saying “I can’t breathe” 11 times as cops held him down went global.
