A Queens man who fled the country during a heated custody battle — and then cursed the judge while on the lam — was arrested by the FBI at JFK airport this week.
Samy Sarhan sent his two children to Egypt in May 2015, sparking a custody battle with his wife, according to a complaint filed in Manhattan federal court.
When a Queens Family Court judge ordered that the kids, ages 6 and 3, be returned, Sarhan ignored the order and booked an international flight for himself using a hidden passport, the complaint said.
Sarhan returned to New York on Wednesday, more than a year after he fled. The feds were ready and nabbed him.
