A man who shot at two Queens cops got 12 years in prison on gun charges Thursday, as prosecutors revealed he was on his way to kill his ex-lawyer when he was busted.

Antonio Olmeda, 57, who still faces attempted-murder raps, was carrying a “hit list” when he was arrested in 2011 wearing a fake beard, prosecutors said. He has prior gun convictions.
