Cops busted the man who allegedly threatened a fellow straphanger with wooden daggers on a Manhattan train, authorities said Wednesday.

Noquisi Burgess, 32, spewed anti-white comments at the 46-year-old victim and threatened to kill her aboard a 4 train near the Lexington Avenue and 59th Street station around 7:20 a.m. Nov. 29, according to officials and a tweet from the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force.

Burgess was holding one of the makeshift shivs and a second weapon was sticking out of his pocket, according to a photo snapped by the victim. She did not report any injuries.

Burgess was charged with menacing as a hate crime, aggravated harassment and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said Wednesday evening.
