A wild shooting in the Bronx was caught on newly released surveillance video, showing a man dragging his 3-year-old child to safety as three gunmen chase him down.

The melee took place when the trio pulled firearms on the 30-year-old victim and his daughter around 2 p.m. Sept. 17 in University Heights, according to police.

One of the gunmen fired a shot at the victim, who then grabbed his daughter and tried to flee, cops said.

That’s when the three males grabbed the victim and pulled his daughter away before shooting the man in the leg, according to police.

All three gunmen fled south on University Avenue and the victim was taken to St. Barnabas hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

The 3-year-old girl was not injured in the melee, cops said.
