A man with a gunshot wound to his leg was dumped onto a Brooklyn street and left to die Sunday morning, police said. 

The 29-year-old victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was booted out of a car in front of 844 Clarkson Avenue in East Flatbush around 6 a.m., cops said. 

He was left in the street but at some point picked up by EMS and taken to Kings County Hospital. He died a short time later.
