A 23-year-old man with trauma to his head was found dead in a Queens park Wednesday afternoon, cops said.

Two park goers spotted the man’s body in Forest Park near Woodhaven Boulevard and Park Lane East around 3:30 p.m., police sources said.

Police said first-responders found the man unresponsive and declared him dead at the scene.

The medical examiner has yet to determine a cause of death. The man’s identity is being withheld pending family notification.
