An unhinged man yanked an Asian woman by the hair in an unprovoked Brooklyn attack, video released by cops Wednesday morning shows.
The suspect seen pulling the woman’s hair in an image from the video. DCPIThe 32-year-old victim was on Kings Highway near East 13th Street in Homecrest around 7:45 a.m. March 22 when the assailant approached and pulled her by the hair, dragging her a few feet, the clip shows.
