The manager of an upscale Japanese eatery that counts Martha Stewart as a regular is suing the executive chef for allegedly touching her butt, comparing a vegetable to a vibrator, and pressing her for sex.
Mayumi Bardiovsky started at the Greenwich Village hot spot EN Japanese Brassiere as a runner in 2009. She was promoted to manager in January.
The married Bardiovsky, 32, says in a new Manhattan Supreme Court suit that head chef Abe Hiroki, 41, targeted her because she speaks Japanese, unlike most other employees.
Reps for the restaurant and Hiroki did not return messages seeking comment.
