The gold-digging woman accused of preying on elderly men is now on the lam.
Cher Thompson, 27, was about to appear before a judge this morning when she mysteriously disappeared from a Manhattan courthouse.
The judge issued a bench warrant after Thompson failed to show.
She has 30 days to appear in court or her $30,000 bail will be revoked.
Thompson’s disappearing act comes just two days after claiming to have suffered from a stomach ache, which had postponed the hearing.
Thompson, who accused of ripping off an 89-year-old man after marrying a disabled 63-year-old, did show up to court today at 10 a.m., but walked out just before she was slated to appear before a judge.
Her lawyer, Gene Conway, said he didn’t know where she’d gone.
“She just got scared,” he told reporters outside the courthouse.
