The latest Rikers Island inmate to claim abuse is notorious “Manhattan Madam” Kristin Davis.

In a letter to Manhattan federal Judge Edgardo Ramos, seeking leniency at her Oct. 1 sentencing for prescription drug-dealing, Eliot Spitzer’s former hooker booker says she spent four hellish months in “solitary confinement” at Rikers in 2008.

Her letter claims she was denied showers, food and water and subjected to humiliating invasive searches.

Rikers has come under fire recently for civil-rights violations and several suspicious inmate deaths, including one of a man who “baked to death” in an overheated cell in February.

Without offering details, Davis, 38, also claims something terrible happened to her on her first day at Rikers — and she doesn’t know if she’ll ever “recover from an experience like that.”

Davis and her lawyers are seeking probation.
