Manhattan prosecutors have held off — at least for now — on indicting two now-lawyered-up Swedish tourists busted after a 19-year-old woman accused them of sexually molesting her last Saturday night at a Midtown W Hotel.

Jens Saltin, 31, is accused of ripping off the Texas woman’s clothes and fondling her in a room at the swanky hotel at Lexington Avenue and East 50th Street.

Co-defendant Niklas Adalberth, 30, is accused of straddling the woman and helping Saltin during the alleged assault.
