A man who set an unofficial speed record for a lap around Manhattan was busted last night at his home in East Harlem, a law-enforcement source said.
Adam Christopher Tang, 30, was arrested for the 24-minute drive, which he posted on YouTube.
He was charged with reckless driving, and his BMW Z4 was seized
