A man was found hanging from a tree near a Queens school early Sunday morning, authorities said.

The 57-year-old man was discovered around 7 a.m. at Rory Staunton Field park on 79th Street in Jackson Heights, police said.

The park is located immediately in front of I.S. 145 Joseph Pulitzer, which teaches grades 6 through 8, and near Garden School, a private school.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said no suicide note was immediately found. A medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
