The accused Super Mario groper says the DA can hold the “Mustard.”

“I’m innocent,” Times Square character impersonator Damon Torres, 35, insisted outside Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday after he snubbed a plea offer by District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. to attend a rehab program, known as “Mustard Seed,” for sexual deviants.

Torres is accused of grabbing a New Jersey grandma’s inner thigh on 42nd Street in last month.
