Luckily, she knows a good make-believe lawyer.

Marisa Tomei, the Brooklyn-born actress who won an Oscar for her supporting role in the courtroom comedy “My Cousin Vinny,” is being sued over allegations that she’s a bad neighbor.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, three insurance companies charge it was Tomei’s “negligence” that led to $130,000 worth of water damage to her Greenwich Village apartment building.

That includes $15,000 worth of damage to an apartment belonging to downstairs neighbor — and “Hairspray” director — John Waters.

The filing says the incident happened on Sept. 5, 2010, and also caused $33,000 worth of damage to an apartment owned by the Bank of New York and $80,450.61 worth of damage to a $4 million apartment owned by a neighbor named Michael Baron.

Reps for Tomei and Waters did not return calls for comment.
