Two Marist College students — from Connecticut and Long Island — and a third young adult were identified yesterday as victims in a deadly Poughkeepsie house fire.

Co-eds Eva Block, 21, from Woodbridge, Conn., and Kerry Fitzsimmons, 21, of Commack, LI, perished in the early Saturday morning blaze, along with their pal, 20-year-old New Canaan, Conn., resident Kevin Johnson.

Fire officials ruled out arson.

Heartbroken mom Barbara Block told The Post her daughter was a fashion-design major set to graduate in 2013: “She was a beautiful artist. She could put colors to fabric like you wouldn’t believe.”
