The campaign of a married Harlem pastor running for city comptroller paid $189 to the online dating site eHarmony last month, a charge the campaign attributes to debit-card theft.

City campaign filings posted on Monday show that the April 24 payment from the account of Michel Faulkner, a former New York Jets football player, was refunded the same day.

Campaign spokesman Ken Frydman called it a “fraudulent charge” that was reversed by TD Bank. EHarmony confirmed the refund.

Monday’s filings also showed that Mayor de Blasio’s campaign raised nearly $670,000 in the latest two-month period — about half coming from donors outside New York City.

With expenses of roughly $384,000, that put de Blasio’s estimated campaign balance at $2.5 million — before matching funds.

His campaign team said he has raised more than the $6.9 million primary spending limit when the 6-to-1 public matching funds are included.

Since kicking off her bid for mayor two weeks ago, Staten Island Assembly member Nicole Malliotakis has raised $94,624, the filings show.

Among the Republican’s biggest supporters is former GOP mayoral candidate John Catsimatidis. The billionaire Gristedes supermarket mogul and his wife, Margo, gave Malliotakis $5,350.

The Sergeants Benevolent Association, the police union that has sparred with de Blasio throughout his tenure, gave Malliotakis $4,900.

The campaign of her Republican primary challenger, real-estate mogul Paul Massey, said it raised more than $550,000.

Democratic contender Sal Albanese said he has taken in a total of $83,438.
