There goes Mayor Bloomberg’s invitation to the royal wedding.

Bloomberg declared yesterday that he presides over the edgiest city in the world, a claim once made by London.

“New York has become the edgy city of the world. We’ve taken that title away from London,” the mayor said at the groundbreaking for an apartment building in Williamsburg.
