It’s justice for the “McHero!”

A grand jury yesterday cleared a burger flipper of all charges in the dramatic, caught-on-video beating of two irate women customers who had set upon him in a West Village McDonald’s.

Parolee Rayon McIntosh had faced felony assault charges as a result of the October confrontation, which was captured on cellphone video that went viral online.

In the video, customers can be heard shrieking, “Stop! Stop!” as McIntosh repeatedly slams the women with the handle of a metal grill scraper.

The blows left one woman with a depressed skull fracture and a fractured humerus.

McIntosh, who had been held at Rikers Island since that night, will likely find himself a free man by this morning.
