Less than a week after embattled Queens Rep. Gregory Meeks said he was eager to go on TV to discuss his Hurricane Katrina charity’s federal investigation, he pulled the plug on the interview.

The Post has reported Meeks’ charity, which he founded with state Sen. Malcolm Smith, raised more than $30,000 in the hurricane’s aftermath. Only $1,392 of that went to Katrina victims, according to tax records.

While on NY1 last Wednesday to discuss Rep. Charles Rangel’s difficulties, Meeks swore that he was itching to talk about the New Yorkers Organized to Assist Hurricane Families.

“I look forward to coming on next week [to talk about NOAH-F],” Meeks said.

But Meeks called the interview off because of a “family conflict,” according to his spokeswoman.

He rescheduled for next Monday.
