A fire broke out yesterdayat the New York Athletic Club in Midtown, authorities said.

Some members were forced from the building onto Central Park South wearing just towels at around 5:45 p.m., witnesses said.

The fire broke out in a woman’s locker room or sauna on the fourth floor, FDNY officials said.

One person was treated for minor smoke inhalation.
