Amid the celebrations over the death of Osama bin Laden, some New Yorkers remember a string of thwarted terrorist plots that followed 9/11:

* In May 2007, six men were arrested in a plot to attack Fort Dix, a US Army base in New Jersey.

* On May 20, 2009, the feds arrested four men on charges of plotting to bomb synagogues in The Bronx.

* In September 2009, authorities foiled a plot to bomb New York’s subways for the anniversary of 9/11.

* On May 1, 2010, a car bomb was discovered and disarmed in Times Square.
