A former FDNY calendar boy with a weakness for glamorous transsexual strippers will stay out of jail, despite his conviction for assaulting and then compulsively pestering one of his exotic she-male exes.

Instead, beefy Taylor Murphy, 29, will serve five years’ probation, a Manhattan judge ruled yesterday.

“I just want to stay out of trouble so I can regain being a part of the Fire Department,” Murphy said.

He was fired after his conviction in December on misdemeanor charges that he beat an escort in a Times Square hotel.
