Coffee is not a victim of dog abuse, the ASPCA said yesterday,

The pooch, who sits outside Citi Field during games wearing a Mets outfit, was checked over by an officer from the agency and a vet, and given a clean bill of health.

She’d been featured on a Facebook page created by a man who thought she was used as a prop by a panhandler and wore a shock collar.

Owner Norberto Hernandez said it was a “cool collar” that could be filled with ice during a hot day, and any “tips” collected were set aside for Coffee’s care.
