An arrest warrant for Michael Lohan over unpaid child support is still outstanding a year after it was issued in Suffolk County.

The celebrity dad — who is currently being held without bond in Tampa, Fla., for violating a domestic violence injunction — would be arrested on sight if he showed up in New York City, Nassau County or Suffolk County, a sheriff’s office spokesperson said.

The warrant was issued in November 2010 after a woman from Montana won an uncontested judgment for child support. At the time, Lohan, 51, told TMZ that he made the first payment to the woman on time but was a day late with the second. He said he was planning to pay the outstanding money and resolve the matter.

But a year later, the warrant is still outstanding.

Lohan was arrested last Thursday for making harassing phone calls to his ex-girlfriend, Kate Major, less than 12 hours after being released from jail on domestic violence charges in another Major-related incident.

Major claimed that Lohan turned violent at her Tampa apartment early Tuesday and threatened to kill her when she refused to perform a sex act on him, leaving her with bruises on her arms and marks on her legs.

During a court hearing Wednesday, Judge Walter Heinrich ordered Lohan to stay away from Major, saying, “If you even dream about [Major] and you violate my order, you will go to jail.”

He was back in custody Thursday after allegedly calling Major several times.
