Midtown bus cams coming
City buses in Midtown and lower Manhattan will be among the first recipients of a ramped-up camera security system, officials said yesterday.
Currently, only one Brooklyn bus has the cameras. The MTA wants to increase the number of cameras to 400.
Other buses slated to get the cameras include the dangerous Bx41, Bx55, and B46 routes, said acting bus chief Darryl Irick.
