Doc-uh-oh.

The company given a multi-million-dollar no-bid contract by the city to relocate migrants is now facing a state probe — and is baffling PR mavens with its move to bring on a controversial firm for crisis communications, The Post has learned.

The New York Attorney General’s Office has quietly opened an investigation into DocGo amid a series of complaints that migrants have allegedly been misled and mistreated by the company while being moved upstate under a $432 million uncompetitive contract from the city, a DocGo spokesperson confirmed.

And, in an eyebrow-raising move, the COVID-supplier-turned-migrant-logistics expert has also brought on Ronn Torossian’s firm — 5WPR, which notably repped PornHub amid sexploitation scandal — to handle the fallout.

“This is bizarre to me,” said Karen Hinton, who served as press secretary to former Mayor Bill de Blasio.

“Here’s a firm DocGo, that takes care of people’s health and children, hiring a firm for crisis communications that had represented Porn Hub, which has been accused of child pornography and abusing women.”

“We take all recent allegations extremely seriously,” a City Hall spokesperson said. “If requested, we will cooperate with the attorney general’s office to ensure that all city contractors meet the expectations set forth.

The news of the probe and crisis management firm comes as the migrant issue dominates New Yorkers’ minds, with 82% of them telling Siena College pollsters the influx has become a “serious problem.”

Torossian reportedly had a close relationship with Adams and promoted a post-election party for Adams at “the private members” club Zero Bond that boasted “A Who’s Who of NYC” in an email blast to reporters.

That was before political operatives tried to put some distance between the two over Torossian’s baggage.

DocGo was tapped earlier this year by New York City to manage migrants’ housing and provide food, medical care and security for asylum seekers.

The contract was nearly the amount DocGo posted in March for its 2022 revenue, $440.5 million.

Just a few months into the contract, Gov Kathy Hochul publicly said she was not happy with the company and ordered a review of its work.

A spokesperson for DocGo confirmed Tuesday it had been notified of the investigation by Attorney General Letitia James.

“Yesterday, we received a letter from the AG with a request for basic information to understand the scope of our services and how we ensure compliance with applicable law,” the spokesperson said.

“DocGo’s asylee sites have received many visits from multiple city and state oversight agencies since our contract began, and we’ve always cooperated in a fully transparent manner.”

The letter, first reported by The New York Times, raised “serious concerns with these reported practices, which may violate various state laws and other federal laws prohibiting discrimination and retaliation for engaging in protected activity.”

The spokesperson’s email, which was for Torossian’s firm, also confirmed the crisis company was hired last week to handle public relations as blowback into the services intensified.

Both the firm and DocGo dodged questions when last week if the two had started working together.

“It makes no sense for DocGo to spend money on this firm,” Hinton said, adding, “New York City has plenty of public relations firms that can do this kind of representation.”

A spokesperson for the state AG did not respond for comment.

Meanwhile, another media strategist said DocGo’s hire of Adams pal Torossian’s firm stood out like a sore thumb.

“I guess Eric Adams had to keep Ronn Torossian close. After all, he knows what goes on in the private room of the private Zero Bond nightclub.” said Ken Frydman, CEO of Source Communication.
