Stu Loeser, Mayor Bloomberg’s longtime spokesman and trusted confidant, is leaving City Hall, The Post has learned.

Loeser will officially step down in the coming weeks to start his own p.r. and consulting firm, which will focus on the tech industry. His replacement hasn’t yet been named.
