Privileged pooches are apparently above the law.

Mayor Bloomberg decreed that the winner of the annual Westminster Dog Show can continue chowing down at the annual victory dinner at Sardi’s restaurant — even though his own Department of Health outlawed the tradition Wednesday because it blatantly violates city codes.

“Whoever wins will get an exemption,” Bloomberg declared yesterday.
