The cabby who refused to take a black Queens legislator’s daughter from Manhattan to Yonkers last week incurred the wrath of Mayor Bloomberg yesterday.

“It is horrible,” the mayor said on his weekly radio show.

“We’ll go after that driver assuming [City Councilman James] Sanders was smart enough to get the cab number and that sort of thing.”

Sanders told The Post that he spent 45 minutes trying to hail a taxi in SoHo.
