The large field of Democrats hoping to succeed Mayor Bloomberg should steer clear of him if they want to win, according to an NY1-Marist poll released last night.

The survey found that 48 percent of registered voters say they would be less likely to support a mayoral contender backed by Bloomberg, while only 30 percent say they would be more likely.
