A man miraculously survived after he tripped off a subway platform and landed in the trough between the rails as a No. 7 train pulled into Grand Central Station yesterday.

Amazingly, the bloodied victim remained conscious after train ran over him at about 3:40 pm.

First responders pulled the dazed man from the tracks, his jeans and T-shirt drenched in blood.

The unidentified 25-year-old was rushed with head injuries to Bellevue Hospital, where a source said “he was sitting up and talking.”
