A tough-as-nails Long Island girl managed to stand up and walk after being hurled 10 feet from her car, which was hit by a drunk driver.

According to witnesses, the unidentified 5-year-old was sitting in the back seat of a 2000 Toyota with her family Tuesday afternoon when the car was hit at a Franklin Square intersection.

She was hospitalized in stable condition.
