A man survived a plunge from the Verrazano Bridge yesterday, cops said.

A tractor-trailer driver called 911 at around 5:30 p.m. after spotting the 43-year-old man hopping out of his 2012 Honda and walking toward the rail.

The jumper, whose name was withheld, leaped from the Staten Island side of the span’s upper level before authorities arrived, cops said.

The NYPD and Coast Guard rescued him from the water about 15 minutes later.

The victim was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital in critical but stable conditon.
