The Brooklyn police officer who took a bullet to the head is back on his feet just one week after he was shot.

“He’s up and he’s walking,” said Deputy Inspector Michael Kemper, commanding officer of the 90th Precinct in Williamsburg, at a public meeting last night. “It’s a miracle.”

Officer Kevin Brennan, 29, is recovering at Bellevue Hospital after Latin King member Luis “Baby” Ortiz, 21, shot him at the Bushwick Houses on Jan. 31, cops said.

Cora Dix-Austin, president of a local housing association, said, “After what happened, it is very important to show our support for the 90th Precinct.”
